Our operating theatre can cope with anything form a relatively minor operation to a complicated orthopaedic procedure.

All anaesthetics used in this practice are modern propofol/isoflourane protocols. These two compounds give good control and excellent recovery. Animals more often than not do not even look as though they've had an anaesthetic on discharge.

Oxygen is piped throughout the building to where necessary, and anaesthetic scavengeing systems to remove waste gas are also in operation. In addition to this we have regular anaesthetic gas monitoring for health and safety purposes.
